BothTNF-alphaandTNF-betahavebeenshowntointeractwithacellthroughspecifichighaffinityreceptorswithafewhundreduptomorethan20,000copiespercell.TNF-receptorshavebeendemonstratedonawidevarietyofhumansomaticcellsincludingfibroblasts,endothelialcells,
